Airport

The closest international airport is Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, which is less than 70 miles away from the festival site.

Amtrak makes regular stops in Atlanta and Gainesville (GA) from all major stations. Both stations are just over an hour away from the festival site.

Parking On-Site

Please be aware that ALL vehicles coming onto the festival site are required to have a vehicle pass. We have a number of parking options so read carefully and select the pass which suits your needs the best.

Car, Stadium, and RV Parking Passes are required to stay parked in their designated space for the entire weekend. If you have an emergency and must leave the festival site early, please contact one of our camping staff to escort you out safely. If you decide to come back, your car will not be allowed to go back to its space and will be directed to the day parking lot, which is very far from our campgrounds.

If you want the ability to come and go from the festival site throughout the weekend, then select a Day Parking Pass in your ticket purchasing process. Please note that there is no overnight parking in the Day Parking Lot.

Carpooling

If you’re traveling to CounterPoint by car, be cool and carpool! We’ll be rewarding random carpoolers with various prizes including free merchandise, food or drink vouchers, backstage passes and more! These prizes will only be awarded to those carpooling with three or more people in a car. All you have to do is decorate your vehicle in one way or another with “I Carpooled to CounterPoint!” so we can see it easily when you come in the gates. Winners will be selected at random.

Staying Here

CounterPoint is a “Camping Optional” festival, where concertgoers can choose to pitch a tent or bring your RV. For those of you looking for an easy and luxurious option, check out our our pre-set up Glamping options that are available so you can crash on-site once the festivities have finished for the night. For those not interested in camping, we also offer Day Parking and Travel Package options, which allow you to sleep in a comfortable hotel room or even back at your own place!

Parking Passes

GA CAR CAMPING WEEKEND PASS

Simple! Drive in, park your car, set up your tent next to your car and start camping! This is our most desirable camping pass and there are very few of them available, so get ‘em while their hot! Please remember the festival is 18+ and you MUST have a 3-Day festival wristband + camping pass in order to enter the campgrounds. You can have as many people camp in your designated parking / camping spot as you can comfortably fit, but we recommend no more than 4. Everyone must have his or her own festival pass (with camping) in order to join.

Car Camping spots are 10×30 ft. and will be marked before you arrive. All spots are good for the entire weekend. There is no coming and going throughout the weekend – once you’re parked, you’re parked. If you must leave before the festival is over, you will need to ask someone from our campground team to escort your car out and your car will not be allowed back in to the car camping area.

One car camping pass only per car and one car per spot is required – no exceptions. We understand you want to buy more than one pass so you can have more space, but each space must have one vehicle in it. The “car” that is parked in this space must be a normal passenger car. If you doubt whether your vehicle counts as a normal car or not, it probably doesn’t. Be aware that RV’s, Trailers, U-Hauls, Buses or Pop Ups will not fit in this location. That is why we have RV Passes!

*Car Camping passes are non-transferrable. The purchaser of the parking pass must be in the vehicle at time of entry. Please Carpool!

STADIUM PARKING WEEKEND PASS

This parking option is for those of you who are planning on staying the entire weekend and want to experience our favorite style of camping – Tent Camping!  Stadium Parking Passes will allow you to park in our on-site lot, just a short jaunt away from the campgrounds and concert area. Once parked you will walk the short distance to your campsite, set up your home for the weekend next to your new best friends (you’ll meet them when you arrive), and live fully immersed with thousands of other beautiful and like-minded people in a free form campground. Who needs a car anyway!? Although…we do recommend bringing some wheels in the form of a buggy or wagon to help you cart your camping gear to your campsite.

All Stadium Parking passes are for tent campers who are staying the duration of the festival.  Once your car is parked, its parked. If you must leave and choose come back you will be directed to park in day parking lot which is very far from the campground.

Please note: This is a parking lot, not a tailgate, which means: no partying in the parking lots, no sleeping in your car, no camping, and certainly no illegal activity is allowed.

*Stadium passes are non-transferrable. The purchaser of the parking pass must be in the vehicle at time of entry. Please Carpool!

GA DAY PARKING WEEKEND PASS

Are you a CounterPoint ticket holder that’s not camping? If you’re staying at home or commuting to/from a local area hotel, Day Parking is for you! This parking pass gives one car the ability to park in our day parking area on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is a day parking lot and cars may not be left overnight.

*All Day Parking passes are non-transferrable. The purchaser of the parking pass must be in the vehicle at time of entry. Please Carpool!

GA RV PARKING WEEKDEND PASS

For those of you who want some feature comforts during your stay with us, a limited number of Recreational Vehicles (RV’s) will be allowed onsite. Bring your own RV (of any size and variety), park amongst a fleet of other large vehicles and let the fun begin! RV Parking is not located with general camping, but it will be close by.

Please note: you MUST purchase an RV pass to be guaranteed a space for your RV. There are no RV hookups; this RV pass just guarantees you enough space for your RV to be parked. If you have a companion vehicle (another car full of people who plan on staying in your RV), they must purchase an additional parking pass for that vehicle and then walk themselves and their gear to the RV parking location.

Additional Information: One RV is required per RV location – no you can’t buy two passes for your one RV and then set up a sweet camping location in the spot next to your RV, although that does sound cool. No vehicles other than RV’s are allowed in this location. We know you want more space, and we’d love to give it to you all, but we just don’t have enough room for that! Be advised: there is no water or power hooks so please plan accordingly.

*RV passes are non-transferrable. The purchaser of the parking pass must be in the vehicle at time of entry.

VIP CAR CAMPING WEEKEND PASS

All VIP ticket orders come with 1 VIP Car Camping or 1 VIP Dar Parking pass for their vehicle (if needed). You are to choose that add on during your purchase process. If you must bring another vehicle with you on top of the one you receive with your order (hopefully not, because you will be carpooling!) you may purchase an additional VIP Car Camping vehicle pass. You are allowed to have as many people camp in your spot as you can comfortably fit, but we recommend no more than 4, and everyone must have his or her own VIP festival pass in order to join.

Car Camping spots are 10×30 ft. and will be marked before you arrive. Each spot is good for the entire weekend. There is no coming and going throughout the weekend – once you’re parked, you’re parked. If you must leave before the festival is over, you will need to ask someone from our campground team to escort your car out and your car will not be allowed back in.

One car camping pass only per car and one car per spot is required – no exceptions. We understand you want to buy more than one pass so you can have more space, but each space must have one vehicle in it. The vehicle that is parked in this space must be a normal passenger car. If you doubt whether your vehicle counts as a normal car or not, it probably doesn’t. Be aware that RV’s, Trailers, U-Hauls, Buses or Pop Ups will not fit in this location. Please note: You MUST be a VIP patron to purchase a VIP pass and all persons staying in the VIP RV area must also be VIP ticket holders.
